You MUST contact the Bryte Takaful 24 hours assist centre in the event of any accident or motor related claim for towing.

It is very IMPORTANT that you do not allow your vehicle to be towed by anyone, as you would then be liable for towing and all related costs. We have teamed up with reputable service providers, who will send out an approved tow truck with no cost to you.

Please store this number on your phone 0860 001 121 ( – this number must also be used for any other claims outside our normal business hours, such as geyser claims). Lastly, this number provides you with access to road side assistance and other benefits such as discounts should you need them.
